What the site is for

The site describes our services and lets you request a free estimate. Information on the site, including blog articles, is general guidance about lawn, landscape and tree care in North Texas. It is not a substitute for an on-site look; every yard and every tree is different.

Estimates and services

Submitting the estimate form does not create a contract. An estimate becomes an agreement only when we confirm the scope, price and date with you, in writing or in person, and you accept. Any work we perform is subject to that agreement. Our satisfaction guarantee applies to work we have completed and been paid for: if something isn't right, call us and we'll come back and make it right.

Your responsibilities

When you use the estimate form, you agree to give accurate information, to upload only photos you have the right to share, and not to use the form for spam, solicitations or anything unlawful. We may decline or discard requests that break these rules.

Content and trademarks

The text, photos, logo and design of this site belong to Orbe Landscaping or are used with permission. You're welcome to share links to our pages. Please ask before copying our photos or text for your own commercial use.

Third-party services

The site uses Google reCAPTCHA and, with your consent, Google Analytics, and it links to third-party sites such as our review platform. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which we don't control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Orbe Landscaping is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
